Wanting to find how much you should weigh is of vital importance to many people who are looking to stay healthy.

Maintaining a healthy weight is essential to staving off illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and strokes. Alternatively, you can calculate your own BMI. Divide your weight in kilograms by the square of your height in metres, or divide your weight in pounds by the square of your height in inches, then multiply by 703. More here
